You need to create a local hybird loop

Did you reboot the OXE after hybrid link creation?

hi pat yes, i did, but i always see that one of the links are down. no matter how much or how i try, always one hybrid is up while other is down,
i have used the same method in other sites and the loop works well.

5 Trunks : 636

Compare to what you actually have in the system and increase in order to have enough trunks for the fictive trunks.
of the hybrid loopback links.
You do not need to create any IP link for hybrid loopback.
