Hello Everyone

I have a question about the 8018 ip phone

I installed the ip phone type 8018. However, when the voice packets are successfully connected, sometimes they pass, sometimes they don't. Even though the ip phone 4018 series is all normal. Is there a new port on the ipphone 8018 that must be created on the firewall system?

are your phones and PBX on the same network ?
