firmware for OS6450

hi, we got some OS6450 that where going to be thrown to the trash since they have been replaced for new cisco switches but we want to reuse them and donate them to a couple of schools, we have been able to reset the password but they have firmware 6.6.4.268.R01 and we are having some issues with PoE in ports, i've read that there is an issue with this firmware and i will like to first downgrade to 6.6.3 and then go to the latest version available. Obviously I dont have an account with Alcatel, is there a way to get the latest version?
