priotizing internal calls over extern

Hi, is there an Option to priotize internal calls over external, if both call a (f. ex.) 4029 at the same time.

If the Subscriber hasnt answered the call yet, subscriber will always get the external caller first.

Id like to change that, so the internal caller will be priotized,
