Trunk Group seizing

I have a query regarding OXO configuration.

If we disallow the whole trunk group to a user (in traffic sharing/barring matrix where we put
'+' sign) then still he gets the tone of trunk from that TG when he seizes the TG by dialing its
prefix. How can we block this tone in such case?

You will always get this, as this is internally generated. As soon as he starts dialing, then it will show as blocked.

Sounds like you have just attempted to bar his phone and not set up the new TG .. you also need to use the ARS...

I've understood that the tone is generated by system, so the user will always get it.

Use ARS to remove the tone while routing the number.

Presence of dial tone in ARS depends on field "NMT" in Numbering Plan: Keep - no dial tone, drop - dial tone presents.
