SIP NOTIFY MWI

Hi,
I Have Alcatel OXE R11.0.1-k1.520-44-en-c7s2 with voice mail 4635J in a Hotel installation with SIP Phones in rooms.
When we do a check-out in a room with voice messages, the MWI LED does not go off, because OXE sends a NOTIFY SIP to the phone with

Messages-Waiting: yes
voice-message: 0/1
Fax-message: 0/0

OXE should send ( I have check in a another Alcatel OXE 9.1 with 4645 VM)

Messages-Waiting: no
voice-message: 0/0
Fax-message: 0/0

Why, this happens, any ideas to solve this?
