We are not your support team ;) we are a users forum
To link OXO to Rainbow you need latest OXO version and an Alcatel software to do the bridge.
You can find it all at Business partner site or better contact your OXO sales guy.

Rainbow routing to PC is not working

On Rainbow, the routing only arrives on my deskphone
Even if I select PC and the modification is accepted
I would need to get the call on my PC

Can someone help me
