I have a question; I want to experiment with ALE Desktop Softphone software.
But I don't know where to download the install file.
Does anyone got a link?

Ask your BP in your region for that and get the credential from them

Still if you get the software you will need licenses for it to work, which I can assume you don't have.
Won't work without them
