Hi. Did not find from inet how to connect 6400-24 ferst time. Only find that should connect from consol port but how? And if you can give me manual for that will be best.

Have a look at the documentation. The OS6400 is no longer available online, but the principle remains the same as OS6450. You find the documentation here: https://bit.ly/2LacqkY
