Ip Desktop Softphone Firmware Problem

My alcatel 8058s premium deskphone is having firmware issue. When i connect the phone on network firmware boots and after some time shows error message on the screen. How can I reinstall the firmware of my deskphone? I have attached the photo of the error.

Raise eSR with Alcatel for the same
