OS6450-10 freeze PWR and 11 port LEDs

Hi, It has happened to me that with a 6450-10, after a power failure, this one was with the power LED and the LED of the port 11 (gbic) completely freeze. Can not be accessed by console or can be recovered by USB. Nothing can be done? The source apparently works fine.

RMA if nothing is visible on console - open a SR
