allow\deny external calls

Hey

I I want to enable for some extensions, call to all the external numbers. Other extensions, i want to permit to call just for the local number initiated with 291 and finaly i want to allow for some extensions just to call internally.

Iam new with OXE...how can i achive that using the console MGR\CLi ?
