Trying to create profile for 8038 set

Can some please outline the basic steps for setting up a new template (profile) for creating phones. I have never needed to build these. Usually, setup by our trainer when doing a new site.

I want to build a template for an 8038 to do the following:
I want to be able to set the associated set
the Public Network COS
Voicemail Directory number
Dial by name/text msg
selective filtering
overflows
supervision at off hook
