continuous beeps in Analog phones handset

Suddenly in some analog phones connected to SL1-16-1 when we pick the handset we are not able to hear the dial tone instead continous 3 beeps coming

What could be the issue ?

Some feature ordered - DND, forward etc.

It is happening particular port in SLI16-2 may be port issue ?
