Wrong number pop up for first 3 digits 471 and above

Hi ...

We have problem with IP attendant 4059 for calling outside to another PABX with the extension number is 472-xxxx. I have checked that outgoing call (trunk group 7) from the attendant .. press 7 (got dial tone) and press any 3 digits number until 470-xxxx is ok .... but 471-xxxx and above after pressed 471 ..then Wrong Number message is pop up and the call is dropped.

If we call same number from analog and digital telephone from the system i.e. 7 (got dial tone) press 472-XXXX (extension number of another PABX) then the call is succeded and conversation w/ other party can be done.

Any suggestion to this matter?

Hi ..Cavagnaro,

Our client on site has checked the entities for attendant and analog phone both are same. Sorry me just novice here. Can you inform more details how we check entities and what should be done after that.

Entity/discriminator selector.
May be when used TG7 - attendant and users use different discriminator rules.
