Is there a configuration required to allow the phisical attendat calls CCD Pilot? actually, the attendant see the message "not allowed" when call it.

other users, internal and calls through the autoattendat works fine.

There was a factory issue, I had the same problem... you can see the a Black relay that its different between the one you have working good the bad ones.
