Hello,
In order to access with telne the OA you need to manage the enable password.
You need to do from the CLI and under config the following command:
enable secret xxxxxx
where xxxxx is the passwrod you would like to have on the enable.

I had a similar problem but the problem was that the IVR lines freezed. If this is what is happening to you then do the following:

Yes, synchronization could be a major issue.
Check with command infocs if you have any T2 synchronized with the PSTN. If not then managed the synchronization. As soon as you do it, the problem should be fixed

NeoTip has released a product called SBC which does excatly this job for Alcatel. You can buy this product directly from Alcatel. I am currently using this in one of my customers and it is doing excatly this and even more.
