I've decoded the ticket, I can't see any error.
It is a problem of the PBX, because the tickets and the analyzer are ok,
What do you expected?

This is a bit code structure of the ticket.

Code: Select all

ID Length Value

0A 001E 040209090900000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
10 30 42999

0B 001E 0806010A0504040400000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

Dear Mr_Sven,

I think that the settings about VOIP in our OXE maybe not right or incompletely.
We'll keep to test and try to find out the root cause of this problem.
Anyway, thanks for your kindly reply. IPView is really a useful tool for us.

I have a miss information from the ticket view in order for watch the CoS an vlan ID information for vlan Id indicates the value 4095 and for CoS it indicates 0.

And for DSCP is 184, but when i use the ethereal it looks ok with vlan id=5 and presedence 46.

Is there a bug in the ticket view ????

Because that information is just with the Web Softphone, cause with the IP_Phones s ok.
