Hello:
I have an OXO R6.10 system with a E-1 ISDN PRI card connected to the public carrier. There are two specific numbers (the customer HQ call centers) that can not be dialled from digital sets but on analog sets the call is OK (also external calls to any set forwarded to these numbers). Using the trace tool in OMC, I managed to make both traces almost the same. There is only one line that differs from the digital set call trace and the analog set call trace, but the digital set still can not make the call. For all other numbers both type of sets can dial ok, even if the traces are not the same.
These are the traces for a bad call (digital set) and a good call (analog set)

The only difference is this line on the digital set call: ie 0x7E User-user: 04, before the call release.
Anyone knows about this message and how can be avoided?
Greetings,

E-1 ISDN call on analog set ok but on digital set not ok
Re: E-1 ISDN call on analog set ok but on digital set not ok

This is a user to user signalling element. May be your provider doesn't accept this. Try to disable flag in Subscribers/ Details/ Features/ UUS Allowed for digital subscribers. Temporarily. But furthter investigations may be useful.

Well, disabling UUS on the extensions worked. The public operator only told me that the good calls were non-ISDN and the bad calls were ISDN, and they no dot support ISDN calls. I think this would be the permanent solution.
Thanks..
Thanks..
