4039 phone does not ring

Hey all,

there is problem with the ringing of 4039 phones and I need some help.

Situation:
The complete Installation is about 3 years old (R5.1). I make a call towards a 4039 phone - the phone does not ring, but the display shows the call and I can assume the conversation. This behavior is always the same.
A new phone solves the problem for the moment, but some days later there are other phones with the same problems.

What may be the cause? (All phones have the same bug? Database? ..)

Hmm...Seen this on an OXE. however you should upgrade to latest patch for your release and make sure the phones are downloaded the new firmware.
