OMC Login Problem:

Post by samehit »

Hi All
I have omniPCX OXO with CPU-3m from Alcatel only (not Alcatel-Lucent).

OXO IP is : 192.168.92.246 (I know OXO IP using ping command)

So when I try to enter to the OXO by OMC program
I enter Password :**************

But connection fail and error message appear :
(HTTPS (login4) soap login error . error code no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it) .

Please if any one know any information about this problem please tell me

Thanks & Beast Regard

What version OXO are you running and what OMC version?

your OMC and OXO versions must match in most cases. If you have an older OXO you then must use PM5.

Thank Sir

I don't know the version of OXO Operation System, and I used OMC R7.
Remake when I attached digital phone on UA interface, the phone don't appear any response (phone don't work).

Is this a new install?

you should try different versions of OMC until you connect or maybe PM5.

that looks like the error message you get when the password is wrong..

try connecting with an admin version of omc (rename expert.dll) and see if that works. if you can connect with that then you don't have the correct password.

also you can read what software release is on the system if you can connect then.
