Gost Call in OXO

Hi,
I have some problem with automated attendant in OXO, The Operator ( 4019 ) always receive incoming call but there is no answer or silent sound when they pick up the phone, we using the configuration at automated attendant by single function AA with routing to transfer to attendant , does anyone know where to manage the other parameter to solve this problem,

What OXO release? What kind of external lines? Detail your config. Calling directly to attendant from outside ok?

If you use analog lines then check the Busy Tone detection values in the OXO. It should match with service providers value.
