guest vmail 4645 not working

Hi guys,

Same system (8.0.1 patch 17.d).

When a guest is checked in and given a VM, when his room is called, the call goes to vmail after no reply and you leave a message. Go to the room and pick up handset and VG informs "you have voice messges waiting - to consult please dial ##". When you dial ## (no password required as set in VM COS) the VM then says there are no messages. Also, if you record your name, it is not played to callers!

Anyone ever had something like this?

Hi knight. Take a look in BPWS, there is a message in download area (under release for VM with Hotel. Take a look, I belive you need to ask for a patch. Regards.
