Problem with omnipcx rel 6.10 v24 metering

Post by westnet »

Hello,

i've got a big problem with one of my customer's omnipcx and that is that the v24 metering port doesn`t always give
me the right information about a incoming call.

there are 100 DDI numbers directed to an internal virtual number,
for example: 625910 is direkted @ virtual extension 310 which is called "Alcatel"
that virtual extension is then dynamicley routed 0 sec to the attendent group where extentions 201 t/m 204 are located.

the extension (for example) 201.. sees the incoming call in pimphony that a customer is calling for "Alcatel",
this works fine because the omnipcx gives me this information:

A310 A201 <-- P01 25/11/08 11:57 00:01:12 0 ST 0x6x4x7x0x................ M 00:07 0.00 ................ Toestel201...... A310 A201 P001
Inc. Trnk:P1 Extn:0 Code:A201 Extn:0 Code:A310 Charge last Ext.
Portion 1 Recorded
0, , 11:57, 00:00:00, Incoming, 00:07, Oosterhout (Nb), RE++0x6x4x7x0x, €0,0000, P1, A205, NAT, Standaard, 25-11-2008, dinsdag
Portion 2 Recorded
0, , 11:57, 00:01:12, Incoming, 00:00, Oosterhout (Nb), RE++0x6x4x7x0x, €0,0000, P1, A315, NAT, Standaard, 25-11-2008, dinsdag

this is recorded perfectly..

But...
if my customer receives more than one call, for example three calls..
and the first 2 calls are set in wait.. then if the operator comes back at them and then transfers them to an external location:
4001 -> 0601010101 Then at the end of the call the omnipcx registres this:

A201 A201 <-- P01 25/11/08 12:00 00:09:04 0 ST X 0x7x2x0x1x................ M 00:00 0.00 ................ Toestel201...... A201 A201 P001
Txfer Inc. Trnk:P1 Extn:0 Code:A201 (Recorded)
0, , 12:00, 00:09:04, Incoming, 00:00, Venlo, RE++0773200610, €0,0000, P1, A202, NAT, Standaard, 25-11-2008, dinsdag
..

so the call is now registred on extension A201.. instead of the virtual extension A310..
now my customer misses call information about calling customers..

if someone has an sollution for this problem or has any experience with this problem or if anyone has any suggestions
then i hope to hear it soon.

Ps.
I`ve already contacted Alcatel and they admitted that its a fault in the omnipcx and that they are finding a sollution,
now i`m a bit stunned that this problem exist in rel 6.10.
