On-Hold Music Problem

Hi all,

I'm asked by my customer to install MM32P (On hold music daughter board)

I tried installing it on the AC-1 card and configure it accordingly as below:-
1) On Hold Music - select Music Daughter Board
2) Restart system
3) Auxillary Interface - Start/stop music (options white out, can't be changed)

Tried swapping CPU, MM32P, AC-1 still not working.

May I know what gone wrong in my on-hold music setup ? Is it something to do with my settings ?

Please help me as this problem has been dragged on for long time.

First, you need to record Music to MM32P, after installing it on AC. You can record from 4035/ 4034 type set.

Do you mean the daughter board doesn't come with the built-in music ? or comes with any default music ?

And how do I record into it ?

Any steps or guides for it ? My office had already discarded the manuals for this particular model. So I don't have any documentation to refer to and it makes my job hard.

Try this: from the 4035 set: System-> Install -> (Password) -> Voice -> MUSSRC -> Voipr.

Okay, I tried that settings and it worked. I'm able to record the music through the phone.

But how do I turn it on from programming to enable the on-hold music ?

Okay, the music has been recorded and turned on.

But I tried using external source MOH but nothing happened.

Anyone can advice me in this matter ? I'm still stucked with this matter. The documentation didn't state much on the cable connections on the MM32P pinnings.
