Take a call on MLA key

OXE
When call come to MLA key phone is ringing, but when I pick-up the handset phone still ringing and other line key is activated. I can take a call only if press blinking MLA key.
Is any way to take a call from MLA key automatically when handset is lifted?

did you check this value under user Automatic Outgoing Seizure for MLA?
