Faulty key in attendant console

Hi all,

I have an OXE R 12.1 already installed in a hotel. I have one attendant set PAC 2 equipts, but the "transfer" key is not working. I am looking for a workaround and would like to know if it is possible to configure another key (e.g., F12) as a transfer key. The problematic "transfer" key is in the bottom right corner.

Yep just go into Attenedat set and key programmign and program whatever key you want, there are a few transfer options

Thank you for your response. I had already attempted this before I sent this thread, but I think I did not find the proper configuration that I need. Do you think that the following parameters could potentially solve the issue?:
Prefix Meaning + Data Transfer,
Data Transfer + Connect

Do you have any other suggestions?
