Re: How to configure GD with 4035 Set
Never tried it but it is described in System DOC under System Services--->OmniPCX Media Gateway--->Commissioning. It seems that it works only for static start. You must not connect it to LAN. When you get the "phase 1" message on your screen, press successively and #.
The single thing not said is where to plug the 4035 (it doesn't work for 9 series). More than sure you must plug it in the first UA port of the MG where your GD finds itself.
Regards.

Re: How to configure GD with 4035 Set
Thank you very much for the info. I have configured it with 4035 and it works. You have to connect the 4035 in the UAI board configured.
To conclude:
1) No LAN connection for GD
2) Create one UA board in the same shelf as GD from CS
3) Create a User on this UA board in this shelf with board and terminal, needed.
4) Connect the 4035 to this port on which you have configured and then start up the GD board.
Here we go, the UA shows Phase1 , then press I and #, then you will be prompted to configure the GD..
Thanks
