OXO Trunk Group Limitation

Dear All

I need to create more than 20 trunk group in OXO but I can't and I got the following error:

you can have 1 main trunk group and 14 secondary trunk group in OXO. How can i change this limitation?


In addition, I did not get the error when I want to create it. I got the mentioned error when I want to assigned trunks group to the user in the modification typical.

Hi,

which release are you using? According to the documentation of Rel.10.3 you have trunk indexes from 1 to 120, which is also the maximum limit for external communication of the system.

Use expert view instead of modification typical.
