OT - VOice Mail usage

Hi,
We have OT 2.0 and are regularly running out of voicemail licenses. We do suspect that lots of users haven"t initialised their voicemail.

Is there a way to identify these unused voicemailboxes so we can optimise our Voicemail license.?
