Two questions

I have an oxe in R11.1 with an ACD2, the client want two things:

First: They want to the agents, when call to a internal extension, display de number of the pilot, not his agent number. In external calls its posible, but its posible in internal?
Second: They want that direct calls to the pro-acd number were filter and some calls, according to the internal called number not external called number, go to the pilot and other to the agent behind the pro-acd. Its posible?

Use a physical ISDN loop.
With it should solve both issues

Do you have some documentation about it? I never do this config.

Just take two Pra boards, connect them with a cable, one in TX and other for Rx, as master/slave then create on oxe a prefix to use that trunk so the call returns to oxe as external, the NPD of this trunk sends to anywhere you want but as external call.
