Waiting message

Hello,

I have an Alcatel OXO system and want to do the following:

I get the call and rings to a group of 5 extensions. So far OK .

I want to do: If after 10 seconds have not been answered, plays a message "answer the call soon , thanks" and follow ringing 5 extensions.

It is possible to do this?

Hi,

I don't see a direct way to do this unless you have Call Center in OXO. It seems to me a typical "waiting in queue" message and that is included in OXO CC.
