I have a prefix with information:
prefix Meaning: Network No.
Netwok number: 0
node number / ABCF-Trunk group: 9
number with sub adress (ISDN): N0
Type: voice mail
identify: 0
I can not delete it, thank you for helping me

what 's the error message?
try to change the type nad delete? better go down to applaication /voicemail dir N° delete from there

As I understand - you have PBX network and exist Voice Mail on node 9 (on node 9 - applications/voice mail, on another nodes - network number prefixes).
So:
- why you want delete this prefix - if it's really VM from node 9
- may be this VM used as centralized VM (check in users parameters - may be this prefix declared as VM number)

Totaly forogt it of corse check if it s not a centralised VM AND may be some users are subscribed on it
