all the setting up my myself with the help of the my friend on the telephonic support so it's difficult to describe all processes so my request is please you give me steps how to configure the same (customer need is only play a message and then after calls are automatically transfer to the attendant) so help us to give proper satisfaction to our valuable customer ............
