Hi guys,
I have a new site OXE R.11 that has UAi-DECT across several remote shelves.
Customer has a Blu-Fi DECT system used by patrons in their gaming clubs.
They want to integrate their Guest Service call system (Blu-Fi) into the OXE DECT, I have a Middle Ware App we can use but it requires the OXE to licensed for the Notification Server OPS Lic.
Notification Server has been discontinued by ALU and they are still a way off getting a replacement up and running, d!ckheads kill something before having a replacement in place first?????
Can anyone suggest a working solution that will allow 3rd part DECT to link into OXE DECT systems??
Cheers,
MTC.

After ALU discontinued the Notification Server, they put into AAPP program the specific interface (called Paging) that allow any 3rd party solution to implement exactly the same behavior than ALU Notification Server.
Mobicall from Newvoice is one of such 3rd party solution.
I hope that help

Thanks Rachlilas,
I got this back from ALU support last night.
"Dear Partner,
Both former Notification Servers IMS Ascom ( for old DECT sets 9d24 ) and Alcatel are no longer supported .
The Alcatel one is no longer orderable through Actis .
Yet, as it sounds as if you need to interface with an alien Paging system just follow this path =>
Actis needs_Voice Services_Telephone Services _Interface Paging and click on box “ Alarms for Paging interface “
This will generate a licence 3BA09593AA 1 Notification Server up to 50 Alarms , not limited to 50 in fact , and
most important point it will activate mandatory Lock 89 = “ Server Message” with value set to 50 .
Best regards
