Open Loop Disconnect OXO Analog Trunk

Trunk to trunk calls do not drop when parties hang up. The reason is the carrier is sending open loop for 500 ms. (OXO version 9.2)
I have determined that disconnect from the central office of 700ms or greater. (No current / Remove battery ) and the OXO analog trunk will drop properly when the outside caller hangs up. Less than 700 ms and the OXO does not see the disconnect signal. Is there a way to program the OXO to terminate the call with 500ms disconnect signal?

Was there a solution to this ? I have an issue where my analogue lines are not always dropping when the caller hangs up.. are there default settings for analogur trunks in the UK ?
