Hi All,
Is there a feature that provide an option to add destination numbers to a list and the system will dial to the first number and in case it is busy automatically to the second and so on... It is some kind of dial group.
The idea is to dial to a 1 number that gathering few and looking for answer at least from one.
If there is a feature like that, I will be happy to get some guide how to configure it.
Thanks in advance

Re: Dial group
Use a hunt group.
Each hunt group is limited to 16 sets.
OXO offers 3 kinds of hunt groups:
Parallel group: Rings at all the free stations in the group at the same time.
Cyclic group: 1st free station following the last selected (Rotating).
Sequential group: 1st free station in the programming order (Fixed starting point).
