PC port is for your computer. That would likely create a loop on the switch. Why would you want to do that?

@ cavagnaro thank you.I was connecting my iptouch 4018 to the switch and from the lan port i was connecting my motorola STB. But the thing is that my motorola stb is not getting tuned when i was connecting through ip touch.if i directly connect it to the switch it is getting tuned.and immediately i connect back to ip touch it is working fine.i want to sort out this issue.

The STB is a TV device? Be sure maybe that the port where IPTouch is connected is a Trunk port.

No clue then. You would need a tech on that device
