Outgoing call with some voicemail

Hi,

Firstly I'm not sure, where to put my question maybe in translator is the best place. I've a request from my client.
He want when his employee doing outgoing call and the other party pick up will hear some voicemail/annoucement something like this "This is call from xxxx, the call is being recorded to improve our service etc...

Is it possible we do something like that?

Not with only oxe you would need an IVR or similar. Not simple task
