Replace WebView SSL certificate

I'm trying to replace the SSL certificate use by WebView Management with a signed certificate from our enterprise CA on AOS 6.4

User manuals don't give much information, except that the /flash/switch/wv-cert.pem should be replaced with my own, which I did.

However, when I login to the OS6400, the certificate used is still the WebView's self-signed certificated.

Is there a command I missed to update the used certificate ?

Silly Question, but have you rebooted the switch?
