Configure OXO for 4135 IP Conference Phone

Hi,

We have bought new 4135 IP Conference Phone. I have VoIP subscriber licences. I configure on the OXO the extension that should be 4135 with MAC address and SIP password.
Next i write the sip values on the 4135 and reboot the device to register. The registering is failing no matter what i do.
In SIP trace i saw few errors that i'm sending to you guys now. Also few pics of licences and conf screen. Can someone help me regarding this issue.

hi, i was not directly involved in this but one of our engineers was having the same issue. I overheard him say he fixed it by updating the 4135 with new firmware. I know the OXO was 810 (not sure of patch level though.
Suggest you check the version of the 4135 with whats on the BPWS.

I didn't install this 4135 IP yet, but I installed SIP phones.
OXO listen to the port 5059 and as we can see in your trace, the 4135 IP is trying to register in the port 5060:

REGISTER/cseq=12770 (tdta0x1f07a0) to UDP 192.168.92.246:5060:
REGISTER sip:192.168.92.246;transport=udp SIP/2.0

Then, you receive a message from OXO where it answers 501 not implemented:

Response msg 501/REGISTER/cseq=12770 (rdata0x1e09e4) from UDP 192.168.92.246:5060:
SIP/2.0 501 Not Implemented

Change the configuration of the 4135 IP to register in the port 5059. I believe it will work.

Do you need SIP licenses to use 4135?

Base on TC1545-ed02, only standard IP license is required for 4135 Conference phone :
"Limit
If “Open SIP” phones (SIP Phone with associated “Open SIP Phone” license) are configured and used as IP
Conference Bridges, there is a maximum limit of 3 simultaneous SIP conferences bridges managed by OXO
(example 2 OT 4135 + 1 Open SIP Phone configured with SIP Conference Bridge)."

Use TC1548 as your guide for installation of OmniTouch 4135. This is with reference that the firmware is 1.5.x.
I have tried on a unit with fw 1.2.x but not successful. The layout 1.2 and 1.5 look different anyway. I download
the bin file from BPWS to upgrade manually, before I am able to connect with OXO. And of course there is OXO
certificate that needs to be exported and imported to 4135.

All these are explained in TC1548.

Hi, I have successfully register the 4135 Conference phone on the OXO R810/045.003 and
external calls work well without bussines account !! but does not work with bussines account
