OXO SIP Trunk to Cisco CM

Post by amoneta »

Hello to everyone,
I am new in this forum, so forgive me if I post in a wrong place, if that is the case, please send me on the right place.

Here is our scenario:
we have the following configuration:
PSTN(bri isdn) <-> OXO <-> SIP trunk <-> Cisco callmanager 8.6.

We have successful connected OXO and Cisco callmanager for internal extensions, but we have some problem when we have to transfer an external call to CM. Following the problem:
1. When an incoming call arrive to OXO ext. and we transfer the call to CM ext. we cannot see the external number on the cisco phone, we only can see the private oxo ext.
2. When we want to directly send an incoming call to a CM ext., in the cisco phone we see our external DDI number(our external number), not the external calling number.

Everyone has an idea of how to resolve this issue ?

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards.

Open up the Help in OMC and search for CLI. Read the two parts on Feature Design. This may work for you, but it doesn't specifically mention SIP trunks so it may not.

Hello Amoneta,

I am trying to connect an OXO to our CM but cannot send calls out to the OXO but the OXO sends calls to the CM.
I would appreciate your help towards resolving this.

Seeing its been a while you were online last, i hope you can help.

I am working on the same CM as yours.
