NPD numeber Restriction

Hi Guys
first thank you in advance for any replay
i was surprised when i try to create a new external NPD , the oxe returns" npd already in use".
the real managed NPDs are from 0 TO 34, so NPD N° 35 or above can't be crated
Looknpd n all gives from NPD N°35 TO 49 unused
is it a license problem ? how to increase the number of manageable NPD's ?

yes of course, it is a networked system with 8 other systems in same ABC-F net/subnet
all of them are in same release 7.1

hi, what I think Tot is getting too is to check other nodes in case that NPD is inuse elsewhere.

When you create NEW NPD (after 32) - you create NPD with ANOTHER name?

@Murraya i checked in other nodes and i see same thing in Npd there 35 npds from 0 to 34
@Vad last npd witch i have created there's more than 3 years was npd numebr 34 and name assigned by pcx is Public_operator
hoho! very good dear guru Vad! excellent !i have change the name from default Public_Operator to another name before confirmation and it was successfully created .
