Hello,

We have problem with receiving CLIP information on 4108 from Alcatel OmniPCX Office. We have tried many combinations of settings without good result.

Only one time we have got CID information (mixing with frequencies and other settings) but after that device stop to be reliable in receiving incominng connection at all so it had to be reset to defaults. We were not able to repeat that, unfortunately.

We have called Grandstream support. They tried to set it up but also without success.
They told us it is fault of Alcatel PBX (not sending properly CID information) but any cheap phone directly connected to analog line of the PBX have no problem with showing CLIP information.

4108 is directly connected from its FXO ports to analog internal PBX lines.

When connection is coming on status page of 4108 web management is message:
busy, PSTN Incoming (caller#): unknown

Can anyone help with this case, please?
