Keep ARS Prefix OXE

Post by gjk »

Hello,

I’m configuring an OXE R.8.0 and costumer asked for ARS In order to connect to GSM provider. A typical mobile number looks like this 06xxxxxxxx. I have configured prefix 0 ars prof trgp overlap and number to dial 6. The calls are made with no problem.
When I press 0 and then 6 the first digit (0) disappears and the costumer only sees 6xxxxxxx in the phone screen. Is there any way to keep the first digit? I know OXO can do it but I’m not that experienced with OXE.
Please let me know if there is any way to achieve this.
Thanks in advance,
GJK

I have done somthing similar but used speed dials. I think it went like this....
set ars prefix as #1234
Set up a Dir abv number as 0 called number #12340
this will access the ARS then dial 0 which will be displayed along with other digits dialled.

Only thing I can't remember is if I named the speeddial as 0 or not. Give it a go.
Best Regards

you dial 06XXXXXX
0 - ARS
1) you need to send 06XXXX to GSM provider (just add 0 in ARS route).
2) or you need to send 6XXXX but whant to display 06XXXX (looks like you need to play with SD - in SD you have call number and display name)?

May be you can use item 1 and ask provider to delete 1st "0".
