Direct rout to busy set is forwarding to operator

Hi
I have OXO R 7.1
T confiugre a direct line routing to an ext. 120 (Fax machine), i face this problem:
when this machine was busy with sending or reciving an fax msg (so this user is buay), and in the same time an external call is comming to this user, it will forward to operator set.

I don't want it forward to operator set , the external call must hear a busy tone then call will release.

please advice me

You can resolve that problem configurating the fax ddi as private.
