4635 system mananger password

our voice mail system is 4635, oxe rel 9.1. we used to connect to voice mail system through RMA , CNX then voice mail. Now after CNX when we go to voice mail then system ask for system manager password, our password is xxxxx and yyyyy, but system is not accepting this password..always keep asking password again and saying that enter correct password even though it's our correct password. What can we do now to fix this problem??need help,please.

What is the 4635 release.? did u try on v24 port directly on the board..?

Is your 4635 initialized for what number of digits? Maybe different from 5. Try the password with 3, 4 or 6 digits...

Voice mail release is 1.x, already tried v24 no success and also tried with 3,4,5,6,7..no success.

Hi we have same problem - last week sudenly both our main and backup passwords were refused as incorrect passwords. V24 doesn`t work either. Can anyone help us? Please?

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I try to open a session in 4635 on a R5.x, unfortunately I do not have access to the account manager 5555 and 2222. I think that creating a mailbox in 5555 and 2222 side Oxe version R9 to lock access. I just want to access the menu off line of 4635 to make a backup, and tested several key combination present in communications technology ALCATEL LUCENT: CTRL CTRL D B etc ... None of them allows me to access the offline menu . I - I have a terminal problem, or a bad procedure. I use Hyper Terminal 5.1, and the Ctrl + D U.

If you want to make a backup without manager password, try to FTP to the mailbox system through the network.
Login as "mtcl" (login = password) , then type

hash
bin
prompt
mget sbr.sbz

Another solution is to run the backup from swinst menu

Hello thank you for your response. I have tested the ftp @ip VPU but the backup does not finalize and he generates an error.
