To configure AA with OXO R8.0

Hi all,
I have oxo R8.0, i want to configure AA (with 2 port voice mail and license AA is open). When i transfer greeting message file success but it does not request to enter extension or hunt group? I created virtual extension with hunting group!
AA file -> virtual extension (hunting group) ? I want to incomming call listen greeting message and transfer to internal extension.
Pls guide me this issue! thanks.
