Prefix for direct extension call

Hi,

Can someone help me to configure prefix or anything ?

1. example call on extension 100, When I dial prefix + 100 (Extension), Extension 100 will not ring but his/her speaker phone will auto active so I can directly speak with him/her.
2. Make a group call, exampe have extension 100, 101, 102 than 200 at my place.. Is it possible to make extension 100,101, 102 in 1 groups, so when I dial some prefix , extension 100, 101, 102 speaker will automatic active than I can annoucement / speak to these 3 extension but not disturbing extension 200.
