Automatic external forwarding with DISA

Hello everybody

I have one specific request from a client and i was wondering if you guys have any ideas


There is one OXO with 2 BRA and 4 UAI , 4 SLI

This is the request!!

The caller hears a welcome message (hello you have reached x company , dial 1 for x, dial 2 for y ),- this all will have the same destination with external forward activated

-after the caller press the desired key the system will play music on hold until the external destination answers the phone.

All of this must be active during normal mode and inactia in restricted mode



Now the tehnical issues..

-can one station be the same destination for DISA mesage??

-can the system play music on hold until the external destination will answer??

-is this posible with time ranges?

I thinh it is not possible to reproduce a music until the external the external destination answer.

I dont have to much experience in my contry with ISDN lines, but I think is not posible with any kind of line.

Try to place the AA in NOT Blind Tranfer to see what happens. By defautl the AA transfer is blind. But still I think wont work.
